Sara is a licensed and certified speech-language pathologist who graduated from Idaho State University with a Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology. She attended Northwest Nazarene University for her undergraduate studies, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education with an emphasis on Learning Specialities. She has extensive experience in working with pediatric populations in a variety of settings including pediatric out-patient clinics, home based supports through the infant-toddler program, and public and charter schools. Sara has practiced in Idaho, most recently within school districts including elementary and early childhood programs. Sara’s experience extends to working with children in all areas of speech-language pathology, including receptive/expressive and pragmatic language development, articulation/phonology, fluency, and voice. She has cultivated a specific professional focus in early childhood speech and language development. Sara holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence through the American Speech Language Hearing Association, and Idaho State Occupational Licensure. She also maintains certification through the Idaho State Board of Education, including endorsements for both Elementary Education and Speech-Language Pathology. Sara loves reading and spending time with her husband Luke, and three girls, Adeline, Emilia, and Lucia.
